1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using the CarHero LLC website (the “Website”), you are agreeing to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Website.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

CarHero LLC is a provider of towing and roadside assistance services, including but not limited to, vehicle jumpstarts, tire changes and plugs, fuel deliveries, vehicle lockouts, and towing services.

3. PAYMENT TERMS AND REFUND POLICY

All payments for services offered through the Website are due upon completion of service. Refunds are offered only at the discretion of CarHero LLC. If a service is cancelled before completion, a cancellation fee may be charged. This fee is applicable if our driver is en route to or has arrived at the service location.

4. DAMAGE CLAIMS AND INSURANCE

Damage claims resulting from our services will be promptly investigated and handled. We will make all reasonable attempts to resolve the situation internally. If a resolution cannot be reached, our insurance will be involved to address the situation. Please be advised that we carry Commercial Automobile Insurance, On-Hook Insurance, Garage Keeper’s Insurance, Workers Compensation, and General Liability Insurance at all times to protect both our customers and our company.

5. PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated in these Terms of Service and subject to these Terms. The Privacy Policy articulates how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

6. USER CONDUCT

The services provided by CarHero LLC are to be used only by the owners of the vehicles or someone who has received permission from the owner of the vehicle. Any misuse of services will result in immediate termination of service.

Information that you submit through the Website will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By providing information, you grant CarHero LLC a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media, whether now known or hereafter invented, for any purpose without compensation to you.
