Yes, we provide towing services, but only in some areas. We offer towing at our Clayton, NJ location and North Brunswick, NJ location. We service approximately 30 mile radius around both locations. If you need towing, please call us directly as towing cannot be booked online.
We recommend that you stay in your vehicle (if it’s safe to do so) and turn on your hazard lights to alert other drivers. If you’re on a busy road, it’s also a good idea to move your vehicle to a safe location if possible.
After booking, you will receive real-time updates on your service status. You can also track our service vehicle’s location through the link we send or by calling our dispatch team for an update.
Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking by calling us directly. If you need to reschedule, please do so as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
